Membership

The Pacific American Community Cultural Center is a non-profit community organization that relies on funding from a wide variety of sources for its programs and activities.

Mission Statement: The mission statement of the Pacific American Community Cultural Center is to participate, activate, sponsor, promote and enhance cultural education programs and activities of Pacific Americans in order to further perpetuate their ethnic heritage. The PACCC is a 501c3 nonprofit organization.

Vision Statement: The Pacific American Community Cultural Center’s vision is to become a multi-cultural hub, social center, and public charter school in Southern California serving Pacific American Communities and the general public.

According to PACCC By-Laws, membership shall be comprised of two classifications:
FOUNDING MEMBER and CONTRIBUTING MEMBER.

Founding Members shall be comprised of a maximum of twenty-five (25) and shall have sole voting rights of the PACCC on a “one person, one vote” basis. Membership as a Founding Member shall be offered at the discretion of the Board of Directors to those individuals and single representatives of community clubs and organizations who best exemplify the purpose and aim of the PACCC as set forth in its By-Laws. Founding Members shall pay annual Founding Member dues of $600.00 per calendar year.

Membership as a Contributing Member shall be comprised of four categories:

  1. Contributing Member ($75 per capita, per calendar year)
  2. Contributing Family Member ($150 per capita, per calendar year)
  3. Contributing Hui ($500 per capita, per calendar year)
  4. Corporate Contributor ($2,500 per capita, per calendar year)

Membership as a Contributing Member shall be offered at the discretion of the Board of Directors to any individual, community, clubs, or organization that subscribes to the purpose and aim of PACCC as set forth in its By-Laws. All memberships are non-transferable.
