The Pacific American Community Cultural Center (PACCC) is a nonprofit organization that champions the preservation of the cultural values and rich heritage of Pacific Americans. It has been a vision for a generation of Hawaiians and Pacific Americans to build a Community/Cultural Center here in Southern California. The manifestation of that vision has eluded us thus far, however, the effort continues through organizations like the Pacific American Community Cultural Center (PACCC) and the Hawaiian Inter Club Council of Southern California (HICCSC).
